Any Item purchase through our web site can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery or pick-up. Returns or Exchange are eligible if the item in its original condition and packaging only.

Courier or Delivery charges for returend or exchanged items must be borne by the purchaser, and the GDH will only bear those costs if the returned or exchanged is due to an eror on our part.

If the item is defective, it will be directed to the relevant department for inspection and the appropriate next steps will be taken asap by the company to send another one instead.

Delivered through the koombiyoo delivery service, and a tracking no. provided for parcel shipped in this manner, allowing to puchaser to track the current location of the parcel at any time.

The delivery fee must be paid to the GDH before the COD order is processed and we will inform the delivery amount to be paid after the order is placed. Only after the delivery fee is recieved by GDH will the order be processed.

Purchaser can recieve goods through other delivery and courier services only upon the request. The fees and policies for this vary depending on the chosen service.
